The Nassarawa State University Keffi (NSUK) through the Course 4 Ph.D. Students of the Institute of Governance and Development Studies (IGDS) on Saturday, 22nd July 2023 showered encomiums on Prof. Danladi Abok Atu as a sound and unassuming scholar who has worked tremendously to deepen the curricula of Peace Education and provided a pragmatic scholarship for functional social education in Nigeria.
These were the words of the Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Suleiman Bala Mohammed while making his remarks at the award ceremony held at the International Conference Center, Abuja.
Earlier, in a welcome address the Director of the IGDS, NSUK, Prof. Andrew E. Zamani, express happiness with the Course 4 Set of Ph.D. Students of the Institute for Recognizing Collaborators of the University who have made tremendous input in taking the University to the ladder it is now.
The Class Governor Course 4, Theophilus Abatu Agada expressed the honour done to them by the University Authority and its Collaborators.
That is why the Class decided to put together this event as a way of appreciating these critical actors. The awards which came in various categories saw Prof Danladi Abok Atu netting that of deepening and expanding on the Frontiers of Peace Studies and Research in Nigeria.
